教授,博士研究生导师。海外高层次人才青年计划专家,皮肤病研究所所长。
清华大学生物学学士、博士,美国加州大学圣迭戈分校(UCSD)博士后。研究方向为结合基因编辑技术、小鼠模型、人源类器官和病人样本,研究肺和皮肤的再生医学。主要解析纤维化皮肤病及其他皮肤病的发病机制,寻找治疗的潜在全新分子和细胞靶点,开发基因编辑新工具,最终利用新靶点和新工具探索皮肤病的新疗法。以通讯作者或第一作者在Cell Stem Cell, Nucleic Acids Res, Genome Biol, Nat Commun, Cell Res, Protein & Cell, Cell Rep, J Invest Dermatol等SCI学术期刊发表论文50余篇,累及引用3500余次(Google Scholar);参与撰写基因编辑专著1部,申请国际PCT专利3项,中国发明专利10项(授权6项);曾任国际SCI期刊 Journal of Gene Medicine副主编,主持和参与国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金重点和面上项目、广东省和广州市重点项目等多项课题。
